STUDIOS @ area 405
AREA 405 offers affordable artist studios in the heart of Greenmount West. Studios range in size, from 200 - 800
square feet.
Artist studios are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors accessed by stair. Each studio is equipped with LED shop lights and electrical outlets with secured access. There are shared shop sinks and bathrooms located on each floor with access to a freight elevator.
Basic requirements for studio rentals include:
Must be a Baltimore City resident.
Proof of a robust studio practice. This can be shown via website, social media platforms, or a traditional
digital portfolio.
While we do not actively lease to students, you will be added to the waitlist with your graduation date on file.
